Lincoln Road

In 2019, Hawke’s Bay Electrical were contracted to do a full renovation of this eight-bedroom Victorian home on the hill. Originally built in the 1860’s, it is a Category-2 heritage house. The renovations were across two levels and included moving the kitchen, installing new bathrooms, bedrooms, dining and living as well as coming up with a plan for lighting, heating and cooling throughout.

This new take on old won Gold in the renovation category at the Master Builders House of the Year Competition 2020.
