Grange Lodge - Lincoln Road
Hawke’s Bay Electrical completed a full renovation on this home up on the hill in Napier. Nestled in a sanctuary of beautiful trees, you wouldn’t even know that the Napier CBD was so close.
The original building shell had been constructed over 20 years ago. When we started the project, it was an empty house, partially clad with missing windows and no staircase.
The renovation included a complete redesign of the ground floor and first floor layout. All electrical, plumbing and air conditioning services were updated. A new kitchen was installed and tailored to the space, creating a great open plan living area. New lighting fittings and fixtures completed the look.
